Where it says being confirmed, that is exactly what it means: we would rather leave a line open than put up a number we made up.

Diet, routine, herbs and movement.
Whatever Dr. Singh suggests comes out of those four, and he will explain why he has picked what he has picked. Nothing is prescribed and nothing replaces medicine you are already taking.
