Yoga

The man who reads your pulse also teaches the class.

That is the unusual part. Most places are a studio that added consultations, or a clinic that added classes. Here both halves are in the name and both are Dr. K. B. Singh.

Which means the yoga is not generic: it is taught by someone who has just felt your pulse and knows what your back has been doing.

The first week is free

No card and no sign-up. Come for a week, then decide.

Rolled yoga mats, folded blankets and bolsters stacked on a wooden shelf.
A cork yoga block resting on a cork and rubber mat.

Mats, blankets and blocks — what a class here uses. These two are stock photographs of the equipment, not of this studio.

Two ways to practise

In the room, or on a screen.

Classes happen in person in Pearland. If you cannot travel — and Houston traffic is a real reason not to — the practice also teaches online yoga classes, which is how people outside Pearland practise with him.

There is a steam room on site, available before or after you practise.

We have not put a timetable on this page yet, because a wrong timetable wastes a trip. Call (713) 449-5265 and you will get the actual times.

Worth knowing

You do not have to do both.

Coming only for the yoga is completely fine — nobody will push you toward the other half. Equally, if the pulse reading turns up something that movement would help, you are already in the right building.

How the consultation side works · What things cost

Take the free week. Bring nothing.

Tell us you are coming for the yoga rather than a consultation — there is an option for exactly that — and we will send you a time.
